Biography
Tracey is an MA student in East Asian Studies at the University of Toronto, interested in social and cultural history of China. With research experience of food in Chinese history, she is amazed by how much daily objects and everyday life could tell us about the untold details of history. Tracey prefers to adopt interdisciplinary approaches and loves to explore new methods and topics.
Outside of the classroom, Tracey has much experience in Chinese social media as an e-commerce sales and a video maker. In her free time, she does sketches and watercolor paintings and plays volleyball. Tracey speaks Sichuanese, Mandarin Chinese, English, and Spanish.
