Biography :
I undertook my BA World Languages at University College Cork in my native Ireland, where I studied Asian languages, particularly Chinese and Japanese, alongside Chinese Historical and Political Studies. With scholarships and merit-based placements, I also undertook a year abroad at the National University of Singapore and a Summer Academic Programme at the University of Oxford. I am undertaking my MA in the hopes of broadening my intellectual scope and gaining teaching experience.
