You must also submit a mandatory online EAS120Y1Y Screening Form as soon as possible after you have enrolled in the course or added yourself to the waitlist on ACORN (by April 24 at the latest; those who have not submitted the screening form by that date will be removed from the course).

Non-EAS Majors/Specialists must submit a request to be enrolled by submitting the Japanese Enrolment Form online (available in mid-July).
