Arts & Science Scholarships
There are several miscellaneous in-course scholarships for which undergraduate students may be eligible. Except for the following six scholarships, students should be advised that applications are not necessary. Students will be awarded based on their eligibility under each scholarship’s criteria.

Ross H. Macdonald Scholarship
Okamatsu Japanese Book Award
Chirzuru Suzuki Memorial Scholarship in Japanese Literature and Japanese Studies
Andrew Tsang Memorial Scholarship in Sino-Canadian Studies

Deadline of Arts & Science scholarships: April 1 of each year. Applicants must submit an envelope, labelled with your name and the name of the scholarship to which you are applying, containing all of the components of the applications to the Department. Shinki-Kai Scholarship – The SHINKI-KAI Scholarship Fund was established to assist talented students who can contribute to improve the Japan – Canada relationship through friendship and understanding. The scholarship is open to all Canadian and International students in any field of study who meet the eligibility criteria. Deadline: October 26, 2012. Read more. Application form.
